Alright, today is the day! If you are like me, you already voted during early voting… But even if you’ve already voted, your job is NOT DONE. It’s time to the remind the people around you that when we don’t vote, we end up with immoral and corrupt leaders. There is a fascinating map I want to show you… If “Did Not Vote” were a candidate in the 2016 election, “Did Not Vote” would have won ALL BUT NINE STATES. Check it out:
Most of these “Did Not Votes” have not gotten out during Early Voting. There are MANY people who are are thinking “What’s the point?” People who are “Too busy.” People who are planning on skipping because they are imagining the lines are too long. These people need some inspiration. Some of these elections could very well be decided by a HANDFUL of votes. If you have already cast your vote, you can still make a difference… Here are some of the best tweets I’ve found to inspire people to get their asses out to the polls… Starting with America’s favorite astrophysicist.
